We share another of our successes! Recently, in the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Poznan, there have been three positive judgments in cases where we petitioned for dismissal of a complaint regarding invalidity of the local zoning plan.

The contested regulations concerned clauses related to environmental protection and designation of an area for educational services. None of the objections was approved by the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Poznań and the complainants decided not to file a final cassation complaint.

The case was run by attorney at law Lidia Blaszka.
